1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is defective or damaged.

The defect or damage is recorded on video during package opening.

The issue is reported within 4 days of delivery.
2. Conditions

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

No exchange or return will be accepted for reasons like size mismatch, dislike of color, or change of mind.

Custom-stitched or altered products are non-returnable.
3. Return Process

Record a clear unboxing video showing the defect.

Contact us within 4 days of delivery via WhatsApp, call, or email.

Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 3 working days.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges unless the product received is defective. No exchange for size, color, or preference issues.
